We are pleased and proud to announce the appointment of AltenBachConsult GmbH as Opus Suite representative for the defence sector in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

AltenBachConsult is a small relatively new company located in Leichlingen just north of Cologne. With expertise and extensive experience in Life Cycle Cost Management, they are a perfect match with our profile for an Opus Suite representative.

Germany, Austria and Switzerland are important markets for Systecon, with an established Opus Suite user community and customers that have had continuous support agreements for over twenty years. Since 2012, when the partnership with Systecon’s former German representative ended, support services has been provided directly from Systecon’s head office in Sweden.

The renewed focus on Life Cycle Cost Management and cost effectiveness in recent years has caused increased usage of Opus Suite for many existing customers and growing interest from this market in general. The new partnership with AltenBachConsult provides a platform to better meet this higher demand and to help ensure that our customers get local access to quality support services, help desk and training.

The support services will be gradually taken over by AltenBachConsult during 2016-2017, in dialogue with our support customers.
