Swedish Defence Materiel Administration - International co-operation on spares for NH90

Systecon supports FMV in analyzing common spares supply for helicopter NH90.

Helicopter NH90, purchased by 13 nations, is under delivery and operational deployment. Several of the user nations, among others Norway and Sweden, have decided to investigate how co-operation may increase the availability of spares and/or reduce the provisioning costs. On behalf of FMV (Swedish Defence Materiel Administration), Systecon will take part in a pilot study to illustrate how such a co-operation may be realized. Systecon will e.g. use the OPUS10 tool for analyses of how availability and costs will be influenced, if the participating nations in various constellations join in set-up of common spare pools.
