Dan Andersson Steps Down as CEO; Anders Carlsson Appointed Interim CEO

PRESS RELEASE, STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN - The Systecon Group today announces that Dan Andersson, the current CEO, is stepping down with immediate effect.
On behalf of the Board, the Systecon Group would like to extend its deepest gratitude to Dan for his hard work and dedication over the past 12 months. His leadership has been instrumental, particularly in strengthening Systecon Group's sales and marketing functions as part of the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Appointment of Interim Chief Executive Officer
The Systecon Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Anders Carlsson as Interim CEO, effective immediately. Anders will step into this role to ensure the smooth continuation of operations and minimize any disruption to the business during this transition period.
Anders Carlsson has an extensive background in the global defense industry, having worked with both major authorities and OEM companies in Sweden and internationally. He is an experienced CEO with expertise in lifecycle management. Anders is no stranger to Systecon, having served in a consulting capacity since 2011, which provides him with a deep understanding of the company’s inner workings and strategic goals.
I am both excited and humbled by the opportunity to take on the leadership of The Systecon Group during this transition.
